SHIPPING POLICY

For shipping, we use JNE service, which you can choose the types of service according to your needs.

It takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta and 2-5 working days to other cities in Indonesia.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed on regular working days, from Monday to Friday 9.00 AM until 7.00 PM. We ship every day except on Sundays and public holiday.

 

All confirmed orders (through “Confirm Payment” Menu) will be processed on the following day. We will ship your order if there are no problems occur in terms of payment.

 

You will be sent an Email Confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

MAIN STREET does not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the designated address.

 

Please kindly understand that some order can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled or no recipient at the address. However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for delay caused by courier service.

 

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.

 

If there are any shipping errors coming from MAIN STREET, we guarantee free shipping to the customers.

RATES

Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates.

Shipping rate will be charged based on the total weight of your order. If the total weight exceeds 1 (one) kilogram, another kilogram will be added to the total shipping fee.

Information regarding the weight of every product is stated on the product detail page.

The shipment cost will be added to the total amount due when you check out.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

If the Item is damaged or flawed due to manufacturing mistakes you may return it to us.

All the following policies are NOT APPLIED to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

If the product you wish to return is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers.

 

Return should be done maximum 5×24 hours after you receive the package.

 

Products must remain unused and unwashed. And not to forget, please keep all the tags and packages with it.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with the products you have received, you can exchange it with other products.

 

Exchange should be done maximum 5×24 hours after you receive the package.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
